Gift Aid
Gift Aid is a government scheme that allows us to reclaim the basic rate tax you pay as a UK taxpayer. It means that we can claim 25p of tax for every £1 you donate, at no extra cost to you. All you need to do is complete a Gift Aid declaration.
For us to be able to claim Gift Aid we need to get a Gift Aid declaration from you. It should state that you:
- have paid the same amount or more in Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax in that tax year
- agree to Gift Aid being claimed
To claim Gift Aid we will use the following information about you:
- your full name
- your home address
By ticking off the “gift aid” box you confirm these conditions and allow us to claim Gift Aid on your behalf.
